Main Menu, Saves, Seasons, and 3D Match Engine Update

This update introduces a rebuilt main menu, reliable career saves, faster season progression, a tuned broadcast camera, and stadium behavior that finally matches the match.

CORE SYSTEMSUPDATE

These updates aren’t flashy, but they matter. With a real main menu, reliable saves, fast season simulation, smarter camera behavior, and a stadium that responds to the match, the game finally feels like something you can sit down and play.

  • A real main menu. Play Now, Manager Career, Player Career, Creation Centre — the game opens on a menu now instead of dropping you straight into a match. Small thing to say, the thing every other feature this week had to build around.
  • Career saves that survive a restart. Start a career, close the game, come back — your club, your table position and your squad are exactly where you left them. Obvious to a player, and it wasn't obvious under the hood.
  • Simulate a whole season in one click. You don't have to play all 30-odd fixtures to see where your club ends up. Sim the ones you don't want to play, take the controller back for the ones you do.
  • A broadcast camera that actually behaves. It sits on a rail like a real TV gantry instead of chasing the ball around, and it no longer stutters when the ball gets played long or a shot goes in.
  • The crowd reacts to the match. Fans hold a resting hum through open play and erupt when you score, instead of celebrating through a goalless first half because nobody told them the difference.

None of these were hard on their own. Getting all five feeling like part of the same game at the same time is the actual job.
