Perfect angle. Imperfect you.

The lob went from a guaranteed-perfect ball to a charged chip with real user error. The game gives you the angle. The power is on you.

Day 23PERFECT ANGLEIMPERFECT YOU

I made passing harder, and the game got better.

The lob used to be a guaranteed-perfect ball. Now it is a charged chip with real consequences. The arc solver still finds the perfect launch angle for you. The power is on you. Under-hit it and it falls short: a turnover. Over-hit it and it sails over his head. Nail the green and it drops on his boot.

The sweet spot on the power bar moves with distance, so a chip to a near team-mate and a chip to the far flank ask different things of your thumb. And if you scuff it, you cannot scoop it back up. That is a real turnover, and an opponent will pick it up.

Consequences are what make it a sport. Skill, not luck.

Shipped: charged lob pass · distance-scaled sweet spot · real turnovers
