This week the team got smarter and the ball got real.
Instead of everyone chasing the ball, each player now picks a role based on where the ball is on the pitch:
- Deep in your own half? Two team-mates split to wide outlets so you can play out down a flank.
- Final third? One crashes the box, one holds central support.
- Everywhere: a separation rule so nobody piles up on the same patch of grass.
The result is that a move now reads like a move. Play out from the keeper, ball goes wide, advance up the flank, striker crashes the box. It is the whole triangle system in one attack, and I did not script any of it as a sequence.
Also in: a proper HD ball with a real mesh and textures, and the ball now rolls as you dribble instead of skating across the grass. A small thing that changes how the whole game reads up close.
